- 21 Sessions 6 days/week to pick from: Between Palmwoods and Nambour we have five weekday starts at 5:30am and 5:45am (6:15am on Saturday at Nambour), five x 9:15am for Mum's, retired or work-from-homer's, and five x each 4:30pm and 5:30pm for after work/school
- Weight-loss and exercise planning consultations available - to guide and support you to reach then maintain your body-shape and fitness goals.
