All fitness-programs offered at Sunny Coast Fitness will help you improve your fitness, strength, metabolism and you’ll feel better about yourself.
If you really want to lose 5kg, 10kg or 20kg+, the Weight-Loss Challenge Program works best. All of Anthony’s clients that lost 10 to 20kg (shown on this website here or below) in 12 to 20 weeks had one thing in common; they improved their food choices and knowledge, and had weekly coaching and weigh-ins with Anthony.
(Included in the weight-loss challenge program is an initial 45-min to 60-min nutrition, fitness & lifestyle planning consultation and a weekly 15 minute weight-loss consultations for 8 weeks, then (as well as nutrition info, tracking and plans.)
(Must stay a member to receive ongoing service after first month.)

- Weekday AM workouts are on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:00 & 9:15 (Note: Friday early is at 5:30 am) at Dunning st Oval opposite swimming pool car park.
- Saturday session at Federation Park at 7:30 am.
- PM workouts are on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 4:30pm & 5:30pm at Dunning st Oval opposite pool
- Workouts are for 45 minutes
Terms and Conditions
- Payment on this page is for 8 weeks of Group Fitness (and weight loss coaching) for the price of 4 weeks. We want to keep you trim, taught and terrific way after 8 weeks - forever - so if you would like stay on training do nothing and you will be billed every 4 weeks (or we can set up fortnightly or another period if you like). As stated above you can stop billing for the following billing period by telling Anthony prior to the end of your 8 weeks.
- Missing individual Sessions: If you miss your regular session you can always catch up with another session later in the week. We won't train in pouring rain or if there is lightening around (we have a Facebook group for up-to-date messaging).
- Going away for more than one week: If you stay a member after 8 weeks and are going to be away for more than a week and would like to suspend billing for a certain period, let Anthony know and he will suspend billing for that period.
- Use your credit card or bank account to pay on this page.
- Refunds: unless you are sick for two months and can't train, no refunds, because - and this is extremely important - changing your habits and transforming your body and fitness takes consistent effort each week. I can't help you with your fantasies...I can help, challenge and assist you achieve real goals if you commit to training at least 3 times/week and eat less processed foods; I know, not that hard, very doable with a little commitment.
