Two Group Fitness Sessions/Week Membership
$30/week ($14.50/session). Billed at $120/month (every 4 weeks).

Unlimited Group Fitness/Week + Weight-Loss
3, 4 or more fitness sessions/week @ $9 to $12/session + 60 minute initial consultation covering exercise and nutritional planning then weekly one-on-one 10 to 20 minute weight-loss consultations.
$47/week. Billed at: First payment of $288 for first four weeks then $188/4 weeks

Which program is right for you?
All fitness-programs offered at Sunny Coast Fitness will help you improve your fitness, strength, metabolism and you’ll feel better about yourself.
If you really want to lose 5kg, 10kg or 20kg+, the Fitness + Weight-Loss membership guarantees fat-loss - increased fitness sessions with no change to diet and professional accountability doesn't result in weight loss. All of clients that lose 5kg to 20kg+ in 12 to 20 weeks (shown on this website here) have one thing in common, they improved their food choices and knowledge, and had weekly coaching and weigh-ins for professional accountability.)
Included in the weight-loss program is an initial 60 minute nutrition, exercise & lifestyle planning consultation and a weekly 10 to 20 minute weight-loss consultation as well as nutrition info, tracking and plans.) (Must stay a member to receive ongoing service after first month.)
Cancel anytime after the initial 4 weeks, but you probably won't, as you will be getting awesome results!)
Twenty Two Group Sessions/Week to Choose From
Spread between Palmwoods and Nambour Outdoor training locations we have:
- Early AM: 5:30am or 5:45am early sessions 5 days/week (and a 6:15 and 7:45 on the weekend)
- 9:15am x five days/week
- 9 sessions at 4:30pm and 5:30pm and 1 at 4:15pm.
Billing and Terms and Conditions
- Group Fitness Personal Training Sessions are for a minimum of one month (4 weeks). Group fitness + weight-loss is for a minimum of 4 weeks; you can stop billing for the following billing period by telling Anthony. Subsequent credit or debit card billings are monthly every 4 weeks.
- Missing individual Sessions: If you miss your regular session you can always catch up with another session later in the week.
- Going away for more than one week: If you are going to be away for more than a week and would like to suspend billing for a certain period, let Anthony know and he will suspend billing for that period.
- Personal training clients can make up sessions if away for a session or two (times are more flexible for PT Clients; easy to move). If away for more than a week just ask Anthony to suspend billing.
- You can pay with your credit card or your bank account on this page. On this page the billing period is set to every 4 weeks; if you need a weekly or fortnight billing period use the Direct Debit form in your info pack - or contact Anthony.
