Group training ranges from $9 to $12/session when doing 3 to 4 sessions/week and $14.50 when doing two sessions/week.
Also available is group training + weekly weight-loss consultations. Weekly accountability in regards to eating and exercising as well as proper planning and deadlines are the key to any weight-loss strategy (see weight-loss success stories here).

Personal training ranges from $55 to $65 for each 45 minute session. Price varies depending on how many sessions are done each week. (Weight-loss consultations come complimentary with any personal training program.)
