Two Group Fitness Sessions/Week Membership
$29/week ($14.50/session). Billed at $116/month (every 4 weeks).

$36/week ($9/session if doing 4/week or $12 if doing 3/week). Billed at $144/month (4 weeks)

8 Week Weight Loss Challenge. Unlimited Group Fitness/Week + Weight-Loss Challenge
3, 4 or more fitness sessions/week @ $9 to $12/session + 45-60 minute initial consultation covering fitness and nutritional planning then, weekly one-on-one 20 minute weight-loss consultations for first 8 weeks. 1 to 2 fortnightly ongoing for continued weight-loss/maintenance after initial 8 weeks available after 8 weeks.
$36/week. First payment of $295 for four weeks then a monthly payment off $144 (each 4 weeks)

If you really want to lose 5kg, 10kg or 20kg+, the Weight-Loss Challenge Program works best. All of Anthony’s clients that lost 10 to 20kg (shown on this website here) in 12 to 20 weeks had one thing in common; they improved their food choices and knowledge, and had weekly coaching and weigh-ins with Anthony.
(Included in the weight-loss challenge program is an initial 45-min to 60-min nutrition, fitness & lifestyle planning consultation and a weekly 20 minute weight-loss consultation for 8 weeks, then, 1 to 2/fortnight as needed, as well as nutrition info, tracking and plans.) (Must stay a member to receive ongoing service after first month.)

Workout Times
Workout Times
- Weekday AM workouts are on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:00am (Note: Friday's are at 5:30am) & 9:15am at Dunning st Oval opposite pool. And a Saturday session at Federation Park at 7:30am.
- PM workouts are on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 4:30pm & 5:30pm at Dunning st Oval opposite pool
- Workouts are for 45 minutes
Billing and Terms and Conditions
- Group Fitness Personal Training Sessions are for a minimum of one month (4 weeks). Group fitness + weight-loss is for a minimum of 4 weeks; you can stop billing for the following billing period by telling Anthony. Subsequent credit or debit card billings are monthly every 4 weeks.
- Missing individual Sessions: If you miss your regular session you can always catch up with another session later in the week.
- Going away for more than one week: If you are going to be away for more than a week and would like to suspend billing for a certain period, let Anthony know and he will suspend billing for that period.
- Personal training clients can make up sessions if away for a session or two (times are more flexible for PT Clients; easy to move). If away for more than a week just ask Anthony to suspend billing.
- Billing on this page is done through PayPal. You DO NOT have to be a member of PayPal to use your preferred credit of debit card; when paying, look for the credit/debit card link after hitting the subscription button above.
