Outdoors Group Fitness Training
Outdoors Group Fitness Training has a lot going for it such as:
- Cost: Group sessions with Personal Trainer Anthony range from $9/session when doing 4/week to $14 when doing 2/week ($12/session for 3/week).
- Receive two free sessions to start with and see if you like it
- Fun with friends: You're training in a group so its a lot more fun than training by yourself. You'll make friends in the group and you can also bring existing friends.
- Teamwork: the advantage of being in a group is that you can pair off into partnerships or teams. When games and team challenges are part of your training your mind switches from "this-is-so-hard-and-boring", to wanting to contribute and compete as part of a team.
- Location: If you live in Palmwoods, Nambour or surrounding suburbs you'll live close to where sessions are held.
- No Gym!: Get your exercise sessions in while. you experience the beautiful great outdoors. And, no boring gym-machines; as mentioned above, outdoors group training is full of fun and variety.
- Variety: We run, walk, jump, push, pull, carry, lift, balance, catch and much more during sessions.
Personal Training
Personal Training or one-on-two training (you and a partner or two) is available if that suits you better than group training. Make contact via the contact page and book in for a free workout and consultation.

It goes like this, you do your group or personal training sessions and also, a weigh-in/consultation with myself once/week in my office in Palmwoods (personal training clients won't do an extra session - just an extension of a regular session once/week). This extra level of commitment - a weigh-in/consultation - works - because you improve your knowledge, log eating and exercise data and create better habits; you're accountable to me every week. (All my success story clients here used workouts + weigh ins/consultations for the best possible results.)
