My name is Anthony Procopis. I'm a Palmwoods local and a certified personal trainer - originally from Sydney where I did 12 years as a Personal Trainer.
As a trainer, I specialize in increasing fitness and fat-loss for clients. I apply my knowledge to my own life and I love nothing more than to help my clients re-shape their bodies and boost their overall confidence. I'd love to help you reach your fitness and body-shaping goals.

Becoming - or staying - lean and healthy
Combine consistent exercise, with good nutrition and enough sleep (you can still have a few drinks and have some chocolate & cake!) and you will live in a fit, healthy, lean body year after year. It takes knowledge and action on a daily/weekly basis to maintain optimum health.
